Snort. How about the Hamba? I dont think its on the dance video. When we took dance lessons the Hamba (not sure if that’s how to spell it) was one we ladies always ran into the bathroom for. Didn’t like it. VERY active, very high on the heels and lots of spining. Not recommended for after you drink beer. You know the breath kicks up and your stomache churns… noth that we would drink beer at a dance class but in the culture they danced it at…it was not recommended… good thing we were “civilized” people. eh? This dvd looks so awesome. I really hope our library can get it.
What about the waltz? Believe it or not its a very exercising dance. Lots of thigh movement, and lower leg and arms, I mean, you gotta keep em up!
OK, have I scared you enough?

You didn’t say how many times you’ve tried to do this exercise, but I’ve stuck with the exercise videos I have because it’s so difficult to learn new steps. With the videos that I have, I’ve probably done them at least 5-6 times before they feel anywhere close to normal and not entirely klutzy while doing it–and I think these moves are probably pretty easy. I’d suggest you’d try it a few more times (and feel free to ignore this suggestion if you already have
–it sounds like you’ve only tried once).
Good luck finding a workout you like!
